When a new sports centre comprising football stadium, indoor ice rink and swimming pool, open-air pool and wellness zone seeks an identity and a strong image, what is needed is the creation of a friendly and accessible image that appeals to a broad public and the operators alike. It needs to take regional peculiarities into account while perhaps going even further and radiating its positive attributes beyond Lake Constance and Mount Säntis. Whether this succeeds remains to be seen.
